The Need for High-End Office Space in London is Fading

The volume of requirements for prestigious Office Space in The City of London are slowing down according to the property company responsible for Canary Wharf, Songbird Estates. In a report in The Guardian, the organisation is of the opinion the dubious state of the UK economy has lowered interest in Grade A office space in the City of London. However, looking ahead, Songbird is hopeful that the coverage spawned from the London Olympics can give rise to a spurt of extra companies hunting for new Docklands office space.
